Zak and his team (Jesse!) are an UNBELIEVABLE!! This was my first time and will definitely not be my last! Not only are they kind and nice to spend time with, but they were extremely meticulous with my large head of hair, and took a lot of extra time to comb through each strand to ensure a perfect treatment. I could not be happier with the results! Plus, I got the BEST head/scalp massages during my washes at no extra charge! I left feeling refreshed, pampered and relaxed.
